  "textContent": "A method for transmission control for an agricultural work machine with a continuously variable, in particular hydrostatic, transmission, which has an actuator for adjusting a transmission ratio of the transmission, a control unit for controlling the actuator, as well as sensor means connected to the control unit for detecting an actuator setpoint value and a transmission ratio, wherein a base characteristic curve (BL) for controlling the transmission is stored in the control unit, wherein the base characteristic curve represents the theoretical relationship between the actuator setpoint value and the transmission ratio, which according to the invention comprises the method steps of loading a characteristic curve stored in the control unit when starting the agricultural work machine to control the transmission, wherein the values of the loaded characteristic curve (BL, BK) are taken as target values, determining the actual values of the actuator setpoint value and the transmission ratio, comparing the determined actual values with the target values of the loaded characteristic curve, generating a correction value for the actuator setpoint value based on the comparison of the determined actual and target values, generating an operating characteristic curve (BK) based on the determined correction values and the loaded characteristic curve, storing the operating characteristic curve in the control unit.",
