The invention therefore relates to a brake disc (1), in particular for vehicles and motor vehicles, comprising a friction disc (10) arranged on an axle fastening device (20), wherein the brake disc (1) comprises a microsystem (30) with a sensor device (40) and a transmission device (50), wherein the sensor device (40) comprises at least one sensor from the group consisting of a temperature sensor, vibration sensor, structure-borne sound sensor and strain sensor, and wherein the transmission device (50) is communicatively connected to the sensor device (40) for wireless output of a signal (S) relating to the parameters detected by the sensor device (40), and wherein the microsystem (30) is arranged internally in the friction disc (10) and/or the axle fastening device (20). Furthermore, the invention relates to a brake system (100) with such a brake disc (1), a vehicle with such a brake system (100), a use of such a brake system (100) in a vehicle and a method for operating such a brake system (100). Additionally, the invention relates to a method for manufacturing a brake disc (1) according to the invention.
