Injector with a sensor for measuring a pressure pattern

The invention relates to an injector having an injector body (1) as well as a nozzle body (2) with a bore (4, 4a) receiving a nozzle needle (5), wherein the nozzle needle (5) is translationally movable in the bore (4, 4a), and has a nozzle needle tip (7) cooperating with a nozzle needle seat (8), wherein at least one nozzle opening (9) is assigned to the nozzle needle seat (8), which is controlled by the nozzle needle (5) and is connected to a high-pressure line (10, 10a) for a medium in the injector body (1) and the nozzle body (2), and wherein a sensor (13) for recording a pressure profile of the medium is provided. According to the invention, an injector is specified with a sensor (13) for determining a pressure profile of a medium guided through the injector, the function of which is improved. This is achieved in that the sensor (13) is inserted into a pocket-shaped groove (12) of the holding body (1) and/or of the injector body (2) and is glued or potted in this groove (12).
