The invention relates to a system (1) comprising at least one rod (2) comprising at least one notch and a sheath (4) comprising: a sleeve (5) for receiving said rod in sliding fashion; a blocking piece (6) mounted mobile in radial translation on said sleeve, said piece comprising a blocking edge (7); a spring (8) actuating said piece, said piece presenting a radial sliding position and a radial notching position, where said edge is inserted into said notch; an unlocking means (9) allowing positioning of said piece in the sliding position, said rod being provided with a radial projection (10) arranged to be able to come into abutment with said edge when said piece is in the radial sliding position.
