ASSEMBLY OF A HEADLAMP MODULE ON A VEHICLE, IN PARTICULAR ON A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE

The invention relates to an arrangement of a headlight module on a vehicle, in particular on a commercial vehicle, wherein the headlight module (7) has a headlight (9) by means of which a driving path area lying in front of the vehicle (1), as seen in the vehicle longitudinal direction (x), can be illuminated, wherein the vehicle (1) has an image acquisition device (11), in particular a camera, by means of which a driving path area relevant for light control, in particular for light distribution control, of the headlight (9) can be captured in image and/or film form, wherein the vehicle (1) has an image processing device (13) by means of which information relevant for light control can be extracted from the driving path area captured by means of the image acquisition device (11), and wherein the vehicle (1) has a control and/or regulating device (15) by means of which, depending on the information determined, the illumination, in particular the light distribution, of the headlight (9) can be automatically adjusted and/or modified. According to the invention, the image acquisition device (11) is an integral component of the headlight module (7), so that the image acquisition device (11) and the headlight (9) form a structural unit that can be fixed and/or mounted on the vehicle (1).
