Disclosed are a battery pack and a vehicle including the same. A battery pack according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a battery module including a plurality of battery cells, and having a plurality of cooling tubes disposed between the plurality of battery cells and through which a cooling fluid for cooling the battery cells flows; a pack case accommodating the battery module; and a cooling fluid distribution member that distributes a cooling fluid toward the plurality of cooling tubes, wherein the cooling tube and the cooling fluid distribution member are connected in contact with each other.
