The cover member (11) includes a second inner wall portion (160) that has a shape recessed in a thickness direction of the cover member (11), the second inner wall portion (160) being disposed to face the first inner wall portion (202) in a stack direction and forming the accumulating portion together with the first inner wall portion (202).
