The system (400) comprises a fleet of vehicles (411), each vehicle of the fleet having a cab (441) and a trailer (442); a controller maintaining a wireless server and database for the fleet of vehicles (411); and a cellular device (402) transmitting data to and from an electronic control unit (401) of the cab (441) of each vehicle and the controller; wherein each trailer (442) has an electronic control unit (433) transmitting data to and/or from the electronic control unit (401) of the cab (441).
