This vehicle (2) includes an internal combustion engine (6), a turbine wheel (122) mounted on a first rotating shaft (126) and installed in an exhaust line (10) of the internal combustion engine and a compressor wheel (124) mounted on a second rotating shaft (128) and installed in an air feeding line (8) of the internal combustion engine. The vehicle also includes an electric motor-generator (132) coupled to the first rotating shaft (126) via a first epicycle gear train (136) and to the second rotating shaft (128) via a second epicyclic train (138).
