An implement coupler (16) has a coupler frame adapted to be attached to the implement. The coupler frame has a coupler member (51) for releasably coupling to the drawbar (22). A side member (56) is attached to the coupler frame. An alignment recess (26, 28) is formed on the drawbar (22). The alignment recess (26, 28) is defined by a plurality of surfaces formed on the drawbar (22). Said surfaces comprise a rearwardly facing front wall (30), a top wall (32), and a side wall (38). The alignment recess (26, 28) receives a portion of the side member (58) when the coupler frame is pulled into a coupled position by the drawbar (22).",
