METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A PNEUMATIC TYRE FOR A VEHICLE AND PNEUMATIC TYRE FOR A VEHICLE

Method for producing a vehicle pneumatic tire with a tread having multiple layers in the radial direction, composed of at least one-layer tread cap (3, 3') and a tread base (2, 2'), wherein at least the tread cap (3, 3') consists of an electrically non-conductive rubber compound and is produced in one or multiple layers by winding at least one material strip (4, 4') made from an electrically non-conductive rubber compound, and wherein electrically conductive material, which in the vulcanized tire establishes a connection between the outside of the tread and an electrically conductive rubber compound in the tread base (2, 2') or in a layer in the tread substructure, is introduced during the winding process. A section of the tread cap is wound in the axial direction, the electrically conductive material is applied in strip form on the tread base (2) or the layer in the substructure as well as on at least the most recently wound layer of the tread cap (3, 3'), and subsequently the tread cap (3, 3') is wound to completion.
