A ball-type non-return valve includes: a spherical ball; a valve seat having a through-hole provided with a truncated side surface-shaped inner surface; and a compression coil spring provided inside the cylinder chamber, and having one end portion in contact with the ball and another end portion in contact with the cylinder. A value of a winding diameter of the compression coil spring is reduced at the one end portion.",
