LIQUID COOLING ASSEMBLY AND BATTERY PACK

Disclosed in the present application is a liquid cooling assembly and a battery pack, including: a liquid cooling plate, including at least one first liquid cooling module and at least one second liquid cooling module, both the first liquid cooling module and the second liquid cooling module including a plurality of connected liquid cooling channel in parallel; the liquid cooling plate is provided with an inlet and an outlet, the first liquid cooling module being provided on a side close to the inlet and the outlet, the second liquid cooling module being provided on a side away from the inlet and the outlet; the inlet is in communication with the first liquid cooling module and the second liquid cooling module, and the second liquid cooling module is in communication with the outlet; and a coolant flowing rate within the liquid cooling channel of the first liquid cooling module is greater than a coolant flowing rate within the liquid cooling channel of the second liquid cooling module.
