"textContent": "The invention relates to a fuel injector (10), in particular a common-rail injector, with an injector housing (11) in which a high-pressure chamber (17) is formed, which can be supplied with pressurized fuel via a supply bore (57) formed in the injector housing (11), with at least one injection opening (15) formed in the injector housing (11) and connected at least indirectly to the high-pressure chamber (17) for injecting fuel into the combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine, with an injection member (25) that releases or closes the at least one injection opening (15), and with a sensor device (60; 60a; 60b; 60c) having a piezoelectric element (65) for at least indirectly detecting a fuel pressure in the injector housing (11). According to the invention, it is provided that the sensor device (60; 60a; 60b; 60c) has a clamping element (67; 67a; 67b; 67c) for at least partially radial accommodation of the piezoelectric element (65), and that transmission means are provided which apply a force to the piezoelectric element (65) as a function of the fuel pressure in the injector housing (11).",
