The pipe is configured to cover an inner peripheral surface of the exhaust-gas inlet portion (17) in a state where at least part of the pipe is distanced from the inner peripheral surface, and includes an inserted portion which is positioned in the exhaust-gas inlet portion (17) of the turbine housing (15). An inner passage of the pipe is branched into a first branch passage (34) connected to the scroll port (27) and a second branch passage (35) connected to the bypass port (35).
