The invention relates to a driver's cab (21), preferably of a commercial vehicle, comprising a driver's seat (24) and a passenger seat (25), which comprises at least an upper part (25a) as a first component and at least one further component (25b, 25c, 25d) selected from a backrest, a seat part and a footrest, wherein the components are pivotable about respectively one axis arranged between each two adjacent components, wherein the passenger seat is vertically pivotable about a pivot axis (27a) arranged on a floor surface of the driver's cab.
