FABRIC FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF REINFORCING SUPPORT LAYERS FOR TIRES AND VEHICLE TYRES WITH THIS FABRIC

The invention relates to a tire fabric for two-sided bonding with rubber compound webs for the production of reinforcement layers for tires, in particular pneumatic vehicle tires, wherein the fabric is in plain weave and wherein the fabric comprises a first warp yarn system with first warp yarns (1,11) and a weft yarn system with weft yarns (3). It is the object of the invention to provide a fabric for the production of reinforcement layers for tires, in particular pneumatic vehicle tires, whose extensibility in the warp direction is reduced and which is more shear-resistant and more stable. The object is achieved in that the first warp yarns (1,11) are incorporated into the fabric without insertion, in that the fabric comprises a second warp yarn system consisting of second warp yarns (2), and in that the second warp yarns (2) are incorporated into the fabric with insertion.
