METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR IDENTIFYING INSUFFICIENT COMBUSTION BASED ON EXHAUST GAS CONTENT

Various methods and systems are provided for diagnosing a condition of a cylinder (105, 107) of an engine (104). In one example, a method includes adjusting recirculated exhaust gas responsive to a determined emission value and indicating insufficient combustion of one or more engine cylinders (105, 107) based on an amount by which the recirculated exhaust gas is adjusted.
