A thoracic support assembly for a seat back 14 of a seat assembly. The thoracic support assembly includes a cover 62 and a thoracic support pad 66. The thoracic support pad 66 is movable with respect to the cover 66 and is configured to support at least a portion of a thoracic region of a user's spine.
