The present invention comprises a parking lock actuating device (1) exclusively for actuating a parking lock mechanism of a motor vehicle, with a manually operable actuating lever (2) that is movably guided in a guide (6) between a driving position and a parking position, wherein a locking pawl (19) is provided that is movable between a release position in which it does not impede the movability of the actuating lever (2) and a locking position in which it projects into the movement range of the actuating lever (2) between its driving and parking positions in a blocking manner, and that an actuator (11) that can be supplied with electrical current is provided with a movable blocking element (23), which can be brought into a blocking mode in which the blocking element (23) blocks the locking pawl (19) when the locking pawl (19) is in its locking position, and which can be brought into a non-blocking mode in which the locking pawl (19) is released by the actuator (11).
