"textContent": "A power transmission network comprises: an AC electrical network connected to a point of common coupling (PCC), the point of common coupling being connectable to a further electrical device, for instance a voltage source converter (VSC); a processing circuit, including for instance a Phase Locked Loop, configured to receive and process a voltage of the point of common coupling (voltage Vt) to determine a phase difference between the voltages of the AC electrical network and the point of common coupling during an exchange of power between the AC electrical network and the point of common coupling. Based on this phase difference, an impedance of the AC network can be computed and a control of the exchanged active / reactive power implemented. In case of an unbalanced three-phase AC system, the negative component can be filtered out.",
