Hybrid motor vehicle transmission arrangement (16) with a gear transmission for establishing at least one transmission ratio (1-7, R) between a transmission input (24, 26) and a transmission output (38, 40), wherein the gear transmission comprises a gear set (68, 50, 58) with a coupling gear (68; 50), with an electric machine (90) that has a machine output shaft (91) with a drive gear (92) that is coupled directly or via a coupling gear set (95) to the coupling gear (68; 50) of the gear set (68, 50, 58), such that a power transmission path (93) is established from the machine output shaft (91) to the coupling gear (68; 50). A slip clutch (94) is arranged in the power transmission path (93).
