For this purpose, the present invention comprises plural number of cameras 13 for respectively imaging toward different and downward directions, a view point converting section 21 for performing coordinate converting image data to create respectively overhead view images to look down from upper position, a composite overhead view image creating section 22 to create a composite overhead view image P being arranged around graphic image of the a hydraulic excavator 1, an interference scope indicating section 25 to indicate interference scope on the overhead view image for causing interference with a surrounding obstacle on the ground height at the time of rotating action of the hydraulic excavator 1, a display image creating section 26 to produce the composite overhead view image P together with interference scope, and a monitor 15 for displaying the display image.
