MOULDED PART, METHOD FOR PRODUCTION AND USE OF SUCH A MOULDED PART FOR SCREWING OF BOLTS WITH A THREAD SECTION AND A TOOL APPROACH

The invention relates to a molded part (14) for screwing bolts (10) having a threaded section (13) and a tool attachment (12). For this purpose, the molded part (14) comprises a flat, in particular circular, force distribution section (15). The force distribution section (15) comprises a first side surface (16) and a second side surface (17) located opposite the first side surface (16). Furthermore, the force distribution section (15) comprises an opening (28). The first side surface (16) is designed to be substantially planar. In addition to the force distribution section (15), the molded part (14) has a tool section (18) which is adjacent to the force distribution section (15) on the second side surface (17) of the force distribution section (15). The tool section (18) has an inner profile (20) arranged concentrically to the opening (28). The largest diameter (34) of the inner profile (20) is larger than the largest diameter (30) of the opening (28). Furthermore, the molded part (14) has at least one lever section (24a, 24b) which is adjacent to the force distribution section (15) and/or the tool section (18). The lever section (24a, 24b) serves to exert a torque on an engagement point located in the interior space (27), in particular in the center, of the inner profile (20). The invention further comprises a method for producing the molded part (14) as well as a use of the molded part (14) for screwing or tightening bolts (10) having a threaded section (13) and a tool attachment (12).
