The objective is to enable simple, rapid and reliable alignment of vehicle parts relative to one another. This is achieved in that the two components (1, 2) interlock via a ratchet toothing (6), in that the two components (1, 2) are displaceable relative to one another transversely to the ratchet teeth for the purpose of adjustment, and in that the two components (1, 2) can be firmly and immovably connected to one another after the adjustment of the vehicle parts to be joined.",
