The invention relates to a connector element (17) for assembly on a circuit board (13), a semiconductor circuit (12) with such a circuit board (13), and a motor vehicle control unit (9) with such a semiconductor circuit (12). It is proposed that the connector element (17) is designed to be placed on the circuit board (13) from a first side of the circuit board (13) and to be fastened and contacted thereon, and at least partially to protrude through an opening (14) formed in the circuit board (13), so that contacting of the connector element (17) with a corresponding complementary plug connector element (20) can take place via the part (17a) of the connector element (17) protruding through the opening (14) of the circuit board (13) from a second side of the circuit board (13) opposite to the first side of the circuit board (13).
