A fuel filler device for filling fuel into a motor vehicle tank, comprising a filler tube (1) and a vent tube (2), wherein the vent tube (2) is formed in one piece with the filler tube (1), the vent tube (2) is connected to the filler tube (1) by a pinch (3), and at least the filler tube (1) and/or the vent tube (2) has a barrier layer (4) for preventing gas escape, and a method for manufacturing the filler device by blow molding.
