The invention relates to a silencer assembly (100), in particular an intake noise silencer for a heating device, comprising an insertion part (20) which in an assembled state of the silencer assembly (100) is inserted into a housing part (10), wherein the housing part (10) has a fluid channel (10A, 10B) in which a fluid flows in axial direction of the silencer assembly (100) from an inflow opening (10A-11) to an outflow opening (10B-11) through which the heating device is supplied with fluid, wherein the fluid channel (10A, 10B) simultaneously functions as a resonator tube (R) for sound waves (L) propagating in the fluid channel (10A, 10B). It is provided that the housing part (10) and the insertion part (20) prior to the assembled state each have an open resonator chamber (10C, 20E) for a branch resonator (R1, R2) branching off from the fluid channel (10A, 10B) respectively, which in the assembled state are closed and are in operative connection with sound-transmitting capability with the fluid channel (10A, 10B) functioning as a resonator tube (R).
