"textContent": "A double bevel gear device (1) is proposed with a first bevel gear (3) that can be coupled to a drive shaft (7) and a second bevel gear (5) that can be coupled to an output shaft (11), wherein a power transmission element (15) is provided for power transmission from the first bevel gear (3) to the second bevel gear (5), which element cooperates respectively with a region (18) of a lateral surface (29) of the first bevel gear (3) and a region (20) of a lateral surface (31) of the second bevel gear (5). The power transmission element (15) is displaceable relative to the first bevel gear (3) and the second bevel gear (5) in order to set a transmission ratio between the first bevel gear (3) and the second bevel gear (5). The power transmission element (15) is arranged in a tubular, at least partially flexible element (17) such that power transmission from the power transmission element (15) to the respective bevel gear (3, 5) takes place through contact of the tubular element (17) with the respective bevel gear (3, 5) caused by the power transmission element (15).",
