The rubber composition for a fiber ply cord topping includes a rubber component including an isoprene-based rubber and styrene butadiene rubber, and a conductive carbon black having a dibutyl phthalate oil absorption of 300 ml/100 g or more, wherein an amount of the isoprene-based rubber is 20 to 80% by mass and an amount of the styrene butadiene rubber is 20 to 60% by mass, each based on 100% by mass of the rubber component, and an amount of the conductive carbon black is 1 to 10 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component.",
