A holder (2) for fuel injection systems (1) serves to hold a fuel injection valve (3) at a connection point (28) of a fuel-conducting component (4). The holder (2) has a holding body (5) and a clamping element (6). The holding body (5) has a support surface (36) on which the fuel injection valve (3) is supported. Furthermore, the holding body (5) is adjustable relative to the component (4) via the clamping element (6) along an adjustment axis (15). The holding body (5) furthermore has a guide part (7) which, in the assembled state, enables guidance of the holding body (5) on the component (4) along the adjustment axis (15). Furthermore, a fuel injection system (19) with such a holder is specified.
