Provided is a pedal unit for a vehicle in which a plurality of pedals are arranged in a vehicle via a common base bracket and variation in the positional relationship of the plurality of pedals relative to one another that is caused by dimensional errors and assembly errors in each pedal is minimized. A brake pedal (26) and an accelerator pedal (42) are arranged in a vehicle via a common base bracket (12). As a result of the accelerator pedal (42) being mounted to the base bracket (12) via a position adjustment bracket (14) and the mounting position of said position adjustment bracket (14) being configured to be three-dimensionally adjustable with respect to the base bracket (12), it is possible to minimize variation in the positional relationship between the pedals caused by dimensional errors in each of the components of a brake pedal assembly (20) and an accelerator pedal assembly (22) and by assembly errors with respect to the base bracket (12) and the position adjustment bracket (14).
