The invention relates to a wiper blade (110) for a windscreen wiping system of a vehicle, in particular an automobile, comprising: - a wiping blade (116), - an elongated elastic support element in the form of a band (118), - a longitudinal member (130) for holding said blade (116) which comprises a housing (132), called first housing, for receiving a heel (134) of said blade (116), and - a longitudinal body (114) which comprises an aerodynamic deflector (120) and means for fastening to the holding member, wherein said longitudinal body comprises a cavity (146) for receiving said support element (118).
