Intake system of saddle-type vehicle

The invention aims to prevent air from being introduced into an air cleaner with a disturbed airflow, to enhance intake efficiency of an engine in an intake system of a saddle-type vehicle. Specifically, the intake system includes an air cleaner (42) disposed above an engine main body mounted on a vehicle body frame and connected to cylinder heads of the engine main body, and an air introducing unit (72) for introducing air into an air inlet (71) provided at at least one side of the air cleaner. The air introducing unit (72) has an open front end and is connected to the air cleaner in such a manner as to change an air intake direction from the longitudinal direction of the vehicle to the lateral direction of the vehicle. Plural ribs (79) are provided in the air inlet (71), so as to partition the air inlet (71) into plural sections.
