Load securing angle bracket
DRIVE
June 10, 2015
A load securing angle made from sheet metal has two legs (16, 20) that are bent at substantially right angles to one another, wherein a horizontal leg (16) intended for placement on the load has a roof-shaped elevation (14) that forms a pressure point (32) for a tie-down strap. By means of contact of two flanks (22, 24) of the roof-shaped elevation (14) on flat areas of the horizontal leg (16), particularly good stability is achieved. The roof-shaped elevation (14) is connected to the horizontal leg (16) via a hinge so as to be pivotable and can be pivoted by at least 90° from the support position into a rest position. As a result, load securing angles (10) can be stacked in space-saving manner in the unfolded state.
