The communication passage connects the scroll chamber and the link chamber to each other. The scroll chamber has a passage area that reduces from the upstream side to the downstream side in the flowing direction of exhaust gas in the scroll chamber. The communication passage has a first opening, which faces the scroll chamber, and a second opening, which faces the link chamber. The first opening has a larger passage area than the second opening.",
