The invention relates to a device for controlling a flow of intake gas and/or exhaust gas recirculated into a cylinder of an internal combustion engine, for an intake module comprising at least one duct (1) arranged to supply the cylinder, said device (100) comprising: - a means (5) for deactivating at least one duct (1), operable between a first position in which the duct supplies the cylinder with intake gases (F) and a second position in which the duct supplies the cylinder with recirculated exhaust gases, and - a sealing means (15). According to the invention, the sealing means (15) is configured to move under the effect of the pressure difference between the intake and exhaust on either side of the sealing means (15), between: - a locking position of the deactivation means (5) in the first position, and - a release position of the deactivation means (5).
