The lock arm (30) is provided with a spring compartment (34) housing the coil spring (40) in a manner such that the periphery of the coil spring (40) is enclosed. The spring compartment (34) is provided, on a bottom portion thereof, with a penetration hole (36) extending in the lock arm (30).",
