Bellows air spring, in particular a fold bellows air spring, in which annular sliding elements, in particular sliding elements designed as sliding discs, are arranged between mutually adjacent bellows parts and/or between bellows parts and connection parts, against which the bellows parts or folds or beads rest under load of the fold bellows air spring.
