The clamping member (14) is retained with respect to at least the first clamping end (12A) via a spring (24) and a connecting piece (26) such that tightening of the clamping member (14) tends to displace the connecting piece (26) relative to the first clamping end (12A) against the elastic restoring force of the spring.
