A liquid inlet channel and a liquid outlet channel of the heat-dissipating member both are positioned inside the first heat-dissipating portion (11) and the at least one second heat-dissipating portion (12) and pass through the transition section (13). Two harmonica-shaped tubes are disposed inside the transition section (13). Each of the two harmonica-shaped tubes defines a flow channel cavity.
