This application provides a split-type oil-passing powertrain and an electric vehicle. The powertrain includes a motor, a reducer, and a reducer end cover. A motor shaft of the motor is fastened to a reducer input shaft of the reducer. The reducer end cover, the reducer input shaft, and the motor shaft are arranged along a first direction, and the first direction is parallel to an axial direction of the reducer input shaft. The reducer end cover includes a sealing member, an oil guiding member, and a fastening hole that runs through the reducer end cover along the first direction. The sealing member and the oil guiding member are located in the fastening hole. The sealing member, the oil guiding member, and the reducer input shaft are sequentially arranged along the first direction. The oil guiding member is configured to transfer cooling oil to the reducer input shaft. The powertrain provided in this application is used to simplify a structure for guiding the cooling oil into a structure with the sealing member and the oil guiding member, which reduces processing difficulty and costs. In addition, the sealing member and the oil guiding member are disposed separately, so that an action force and wear on the oil guiding member can be significantly reduced, and a service life can be prolonged.
