VEHICLE DOOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY AND ASSOCIATED VEHICLE DOOR

The present invention refers to a vehicle door handle assembly (10) comprising: - a housing (11) providing a recess (12) with an opening (13), - an elastic lever (15) arranged in the recess (12), having a first end (15a) embedded in the housing (11) and a second free end (15b) extending in front of the opening (13), - a sensor (14) configured for detecting a deformation of the elastic lever (15) or a displacement of the second free end (15b) of the elastic lever (15), - fixing means (20) arranged around the housing (11) and configured to be fastened to an inner side of a vehicle door panel (3), wherein the second end (15b) of the elastic lever (15) is configured to be in contact with a pin attached to the inner side of the vehicle door panel (3) in front of an outer side location associated with an opening actuation area so that a pressure applied on the opening actuation area leads to a displacement of the second end (15b) of the elastic lever (15) which can be detected by the sensor (14).
