"textContent": "A driving control apparatus (10) for a vehicle (1) capable of executing automated driving includes an environment state acquiring part (31) for acquiring information related to a vehicle state and a surrounding environment of the vehicle (1), a path generating part (32) for generating a driving path for automated driving based on information acquired by the environment state acquiring part (31), a curve detecting part (33) for detecting a curved section present on the driving path based on information acquired by the environment state acquiring part (31), a target speed calculating part (34) for calculating a target speed for the vehicle (1) to perform automated driving in accordance with the driving path generated by the path generating part (32), and a vehicle control part (34) for performing speed control of the vehicle (1) so as to drive along the driving path at the target speed, in which the target speed calculating part (34) calculates a first vehicle speed (V1) as the target speed such that a lateral acceleration rate of the vehicle (1) is made to be a prescribed value (G1) or lower when the vehicle (1) performs automated driving in accordance with the driving path, and in a case in which a curved section is present in the driving path, the target speed calculating part (34) sets the target speed for an inner curved section (CB), in which a driving traffic lane of the vehicle (1) is at an inner side in a curve, to a second vehicle speed (V2) less than the first vehicle speed (V1), and sets the target speed for an outer curved section (CA), in which a driving traffic lane of the vehicle (1) is at an outer side in a curve, to a third vehicle speed (V3) less than the second vehicle speed (V2).",
