INTERIOR TRIM PART FOR VEHICLES AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SUCH A PART

The present invention relates to an interior trim piece for a vehicle, said trim piece comprising, on one hand, a support layer (1) having an internal face (1a) comprising at least one passage hole passing through the support layer (1), an appearance layer (2) having an internal face (2a) facing the internal face (1a) of the support layer (1) and an external face (2b) defining an apparent face of the trim piece and a comfort layer (3) extending between the appearance layer (2) and the support layer (1) and, on the other hand, at least one functional element (4) comprising a functional part (4a) applied against the internal face (1a) of the appearance layer (1a) and an elongated connection part (4b). Such a trim piece is characterized in that it further comprises a sealing device comprising at least one sealing ring (5) passing through the comfort layer (3) along the axis of the one or one of the passage hole(s) to which it is thus dedicated and in that the comfort layer (3), by virtue of such a sealing device, extends entirely outside of or each passage hole. The present invention also relates to a method for producing such an interior trim piece.
