A heat exchange device with a first media channel (88) for a first medium and a second media channel (104) for a second medium is further developed in that in at least one section of the heat exchange device a third media channel (98) for a transfer medium is formed between the first media channel (88) and the second media channel (104), so that a heat transfer from the first medium to the second medium takes place via the transfer medium.
