A touch-type panel structure for a vehicle that is employed to operate electronic equipment, an air conditioning apparatus, or the like that is mounted in a vehicle, and a method of manufacturing the touch-type panel structure for a vehicle. The touch-type panel structure for a vehicle includes a touch film whose touch by a user is detected; and a transfer film arranged on a surface of a touch panel that is in a direction opposite to a direction in which a base film is arranged, wherein the touch film is formed of a multiplicity of electro-conductive plastics that have electroconductivity; and a thermoplastic combined with the multiplicity of electro-conductive plastics.
