In order to enable simple and cost-effective load securing, it is provided that the load securing device (8,35) has at least one carriage (11,36) held on the spar (4,32) for displacing the load securing device (8,35) along the spar (4,32), that the load securing device (8,35) has at least one fastening section (15,38,42) accessible from the cargo area of the commercial vehicle body (1,31) for fastening a securing means (7,41) to the load securing device (8,35), that the load securing device (8,35) and/or the spar (4,32) has a locking device (17,48) which is adjustable from a locking position into a displacement position and back, that the carriage (11,36) in the displacement position of the locking device (17,48) is held displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the commercial vehicle body (1,31) on the spar (4,32) and that the carriage (11,36) in the locking position of the locking device (17,48) is fixed in the longitudinal direction of the commercial vehicle body (1,31) on the spar (4,32).",
