The electrode housing portion (2) includes a plurality of liquid injection holes (22) to inject the electrolyte liquid into the filling chambers (13) of the respective electrode structures (1) and a plurality of liquid junction prevention portions (51 to 58) each dividing a space between the liquid injection holes (22) adjacent to each other.
