The present invention relates to a rubber composition for a tire, including a wet masterbatch that is obtained by mixing a rubber latex and a liquid dispersion of a conductive carbon black having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of not less than 900 m/g and a DBP oil absorption of not less than 300 ml/100 g.
